What You'll Do

1. Own the company-wide AI initiative map by tracking use cases, statuses, owners, and impact across every team.
2. Scout new AI opportunities by analyzing workflows, spotting automation potential, and putting together proposals for new projects.
3. Coordinate incoming requests, clarify needs, connect people with the right experts, and drive requests through to results.
4. Maintain the AI governance backbone, including tool review guidelines, usage rules, registries, and approvals with InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, and other functions.
5. Keep adoption programs running through workshops, mentoring, case study showcases, learning materials, and regular updates.
6. Drive internal AI communications regarding news, policy changes, available tools, success stories, and entry points for teams.
7. Engage with external vendors and industry peers to gather best practices, capabilities, and signals for the AI roadmap.
8. Deliver regular updates for the team and stakeholders covering progress, roadblocks, and required decisions.

What You Need to Succeed

1. Program or project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
2. A knack for bringing order to chaos by structuring information, setting priorities, and pushing processes to measurable results.
3. Strong communication skills, including clear writing and speaking, with the ability to align different teams and maintain context.
4. Experience with cross-functional processes involving InfoSec, Legal, Procurement, HR/L&D, product, and technical teams.
5. A habit of digging into business processes to find the real problem, define why it matters, and measure expected impact.
6. High ownership and autonomy, showing up with solutions rather than just problems.
7. Solid AI literacy with an understanding of how modern AI tools apply to real workflows, along with their limits and risks.
8. Comfort working with metrics, statuses, and reporting to show progress and impact rather than just activity.
9. A pragmatic mindset focused on building processes that help teams adopt AI rather than creating process for its own sake.
10. Nice to Have: Experience in AI/digital transformation or change management; a track record launching training programs, workshops, or communities; background in a product or technical environment; understanding of LLM tools, AI automation, RAG, AI agents, or no-code/low-code platforms.
